I would provide each patron with the desired rental equipment and issue both a verbal warning and explanation related to the rented articles. I would bring in all returned items to their proper storage site and secure them accordingly. After all company property has been stored correctly, I would finalize the daily financial reports by calculating the gross cash and credit card profits from all rentals and verifying the itemized transaction receipts and signed rental agreements.
