-Monitor shipments on a daily basis to ensure that shipments are collected and delivered within agreed time frames.-Coordinate and arrange export freight with overseas offices. -Preparation of export documentation in accordance with U.S. regulations and in compliance with government agencies for each shipment.-Coordinating routes of inbound export shipments and sending pre-alerts to destination offices and agents in a timely manner.-Job file invoicing/billing (providing all information required to ensure accuracy in the billing process).-Preparation of export documents for a customs broker, select and dispatch agents, arrange delivery to the customer, check status on shipments, check PODs and charges, track cargo from origin to destination, follow up on shipments for final delivery.

-Responsible for complete order processing, data entry, pickup/delivery scheduling, system entry, communication with 3PL, and tracking, routing, and operational milestone updates.-Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled and update system immediately upon verification.-Responsible for managing costs within client transactions.-Enter complete and accurate instructions into the system and ensure paperwork is received by the proper individual in order to track progress of shipment.-Communicate with shipping agents to answer questions, ensure proper handling and packing of inventory and confirm required shipping instructions.-Negotiate rates, within specified guidelines, with carriers and agents as necessary.-Resolve issues, such as damaged or lost items and delayed shipments, and exercise good logistics judgment to avoid such issues.-Verify documents for accuracy and completeness prior to processing to ensure correct pricing.Properly prepare client House Waybills for rating.

-Managing and tracking of customer items for packaging, crating and weekly/monthly inventory.-Maintain daily Pier Pass information for Importing and Exporting at Los Angeles and Long Beach Ports.-Composing Material Receipts, Material Packing Lists and Bill of Lading-Standardized and managed custom receiving material and inventory system, handling multiple projects, monitoring invoices via Quickbooks and delinquent reports

-Receiving of Container Freight Station for Ocean Import from Korea.-Itemized customs paperwork and initiated container release-Processed standard payment transactions via company owned system-Administered and submitted permits of transfer drayage to and from The Ports of Long Beach via third parties. -Daily contact with drivers and release of customer owned freight.
