I am responsible for directing client accounts in the professional and financial services team predominantly across insurance, pensions and investment. I advise clients on the PR strategy for their business to ensure our programme achieves the right results for their business needs and then ensure this is delivered when implemented. This includes proactive, integrated communications across all media channels, social media, thought leadership, crisis management, event planning and media relations. Day-to-day this involves liaising with senior clients from the CEO down, as well as dealing with a wide range of consumer, personal finance and trade, as well as a range of suppliers including research, monitoring and broadcast agencies.I am proud to be part of the team that delivered the award-winning 'Insurance Made Simple' campaign, on behalf of my client The Chartered Insurance Institute.

I ran the PR for LV='s General Insurance business, which included dealing with a wide range of consumer, personal finance and trade media and managing a press officer and a PR agency. I was a company spokesperson and frequently appeared on radio and TV representing LV=. During this time, I delivered hard-hitting campaigns about fraud and whiplash, as well as more lifestyle pieces around travel and family. My highlight was delivering a front-page news story with the Daily Telegraph on accident victim referral fees pre-LASPO. At LV=, I won the Headline Money Award for General Insurance PR of the Year in 2014 and was shortlisted in 2015. Our team won the ABI Financial Media Award for Press Office of the Year 2014 and was Highly Commended in the Headline Money Press Office of the Year Awards in 2014.
