Monash University Faculty of IT students are required to take 2 consecutive core units (FIT3047/FIT3048) for Industry Experience work for a whole year (two semesters). The students were working closely as a group to handle a real client assigned by the faculty to build a system or website, depends on the client's requirements. Our group consisted of 4 students including me and had been working closely with a consulting company named SJS Strategy to build their brand-new company website. Throughout the one-year project, we were required to implement agile development with a total of four iterations.My responsibility as a project coordinator in the group includes:- Managed project plan including generated report for System Overview, Implementation Plan, Acceptance Testing Document, Technical Documentation- Managed task delegation, Trello board and communicated with the internal team member- Directed team work flow and supervised team member to deliver our work on time- Communicated closely with the client about website requirement and project scope - Designed website looks & structure using Figma- Developed a brand-new website for SJS Strategy with WordPress
