I’m at my best when challenged to build and grow relationships, both domestic and international. In my 12-plus year career in human resources, I’ve had the opportunity to do that every day…and one of the greatest things about HR is no matter what industry or sector, human resources maintains its consistency. Because of that, I’ve been able to look for ways to affect the business processes, procedures and programs – streamlining them to make a difference in the business. Most recently I envisioned a management training program – globally – for Marriott International called Voyage. As the subject-matter-expert in the curriculum, facilitation and excellent results of the program, I’ve been able to partner and serve leaders worldwide. Due to my talent for creating policies and procedures that make business sense, I look to add that expertise wherever I can. I’d welcome the opportunity to grow my influence to a larger role.
