I’m an Architectural Graduate whose positive, energetic approach to architecture is emboldened by my considerable previous work in the wider arts field. Before moving into architecture, I completed a degree in visual arts, and have an extensive background in project management of public art initiatives, exhibition coordination and architectural research and archiving. These connections between the contemporary art, events and architecture communities feed into my evolving design philosophy.I am passionate about the opportunity architecture has to improve our lives in urban environments and have most recently been involved in mixed-use developments, culture and community projects, and single and multi-unit residential projects.Alongside my work, I am enthusiastic about fostering the fresh conversations enabled by those new to the profession. I am actively involved in supporting Auckland’s architectural graduates and emerging practitioners, and those in undergraduate education. In 2018 and 2019 I coordinated Auckland’s Festival of Architecture.
