Following the acquisition of Third Light by PhotoShelter, as Senior Marketing Manager, I led on development and implementation of PhotoShelter’s content marketing strategy in the UK and Europe. This focused on storytelling and included copywriting for blog posts, case studies, email campaigns and landing pages, to target key verticals in EMEA.My role also included collaborating with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing team members to define and develop marketing strategies to support the company’s European expansion plans and drive profitable growth in the region. Third Light is a digital asset management software company which was acquired by PhotoShelter in 2022. I was responsible for the development and implementation of Third Light’s marketing strategy, raising the company’s profile in the UK and abroad, and brand growth until its acquisition.My work included:• Creation of go-to-market marketing campaigns for new product features and releases• Line management of content specialist for developing and implementing content strategy. I worked with faculties across the university on planning and implementing marketing communications campaigns to help achieve student recruitment targets. My role included overseeing and commissioning photography and video shoots to support undergraduate recruitment activities. Copywriting and proofreading of marketing materials, ensuring correct tone of voice used and key messages communicated effectively. Marketing support for open days, graduation ceremonies and higher education events.
