I lead Forward Thinking Design (also trading as FTD Circular), a Certified Social Enterprise that specializes in supporting boards and management to shape their spaces and ESG impact, across a diverse range of sectors.As a proudly neurodivergent polymath, my experience and expertise is broad, deep and diverse; ranging from market research to stakeholder engagement, from governance to management (with a passion for risk mitigation), from brand to built environment design, from circular economy and resource valorisation, to health and advocacy (based on lived experience).I create and facilitate solutions that are sustainable, inclusive, pragmatic and profitable.I also share my experiences and insights through public speaking, publications, education and mentoring, hoping to play my small part in shaping a better world.
