Quality Analyst
Current• Serve as the point person for the company's International Standards Organization (ISO)14001 Environmental and 9001 Quality certifications and programs.• Drive environmental initiatives also manage, track and monitor all environmental measurements• Ensure state and federal legal guidelines pertaining to environmental aspects are followed• Selected to serve as Coordinator for Green Team initiative charged with creating and managing project timelines, deadlines, and budgets. • Support the development of ESG compliance objectives, as well as evaluation and benchmarking for ESG and CSR mandates.• Ensure ISO 14001 compliance also advise managers regarding safety, compliance and environmental issues monthly report• Monitor changes in environmental regulations and best practices and implement programs to maintain compliance• Audit the site for risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect for the environment• Validate standardized work instructions, and procedures, prepare quality alert, and ensure that it is understood and monitored on the production floor and in the quality laboratory. • Preside over supplier management including qualifying new suppliers and improving marginal supplier performance by conducting root cause analysis for non-compliant suppliers. • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action of supplier quality and modifying issues • Recognized for handling conflict to solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems and set execution plans.Prior Roles Available Upon Request
