For CACEIS :- Service Improvement Plan management post transition (outsourcing contract for workplace) on Tooling and Service Desk- Project Management for deployement of an interface between Remedy / CSC and OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) / CACEIS to automate Service Request creation

For Crédit Agricole Technologies- Audit, recommendations and deployment of initiatives to improve OPEN applications build phase organization and processes for non production environments- Management of application deployment in six development environments ; set up of three new environments for maintenance purpose

NICE program for Crédit Agricole : 40 regional banks migrating to a unique information system. In charge of setting up the OPEN future production : 110 applications, 5500 servers.- Deployment of 3 pilot banks according to contractual milestones- Documentation of deployment steps and templates, process improvement, and optimization of set up time for following waves of migrating banks- Follow up of application set up from infrastructure orders to applicative verification by end users - Management of a 12 people team

- ISO 14001:2004 certification of a Polish Global Delivery Centre (GDC)- Datacentre Stategy programme: inventory and audit of existing sites, RFP, selection of providers, best practices guide based of EU Code of Conduct.- Part of response team for Data Center Outsourcing and Utility Services MQ for Gartner- Implementation of a GDC in Noida / India : intra-group agreement and associated documents (Policy, Statement of Work), upgrade of facility, definition of Unit of Work model.- Service Desk migration from UK to Poland : 15000 tickets per month.

Within Sales team (3 entities, 150 sales), deployment of common tools and best practices, support to Head of Sales.- Migration of 2 entities to Siebel (100 sales trained and migrated).- Implementation of a Sales dashboard to follow-up performance. - Segmentation of accounts, follow-up of Top Clients.- Consolidation of reporting for the Head of Sales, analysis of trends and results.

Leading the Offshore / Nearshore program for GIS EMEA, transfer of 600 FTEs to offshore and nearshore centres (India and Europe)- Interface with delivery teams, account managers and GIS management to manage Offshore demand- Follow-up of requests, recruitment and transfer of positions.- Control and reporting on savings and headcount variances.- Invoicing follow-up between entities- Deployment of best practices

Coordination between GIS management, Finance, and Delivery teams. Financial performance monitoring on local outsourcing deals France Belgium and Luxembourg ( 50M$ revenues in FY07).- Follow-up of cost improvement initiatives. Study of global sourcing potential- Definition and deployment of tools and processes for reporting and follow-up of financial performance. - Monthly reporting to European management.

Responsible of response and delivery to all demands additional to UTC contract- Define and deploy a demand process- Qualification of requests ; responses and negotiation with the customer.- Follow-up of project delivery, financial and quality reporting. - 400 demands managed in 14 months with a team of 4 project managers in Europe.
