Among other things, this involved topics such as working conditions, welfare, leave and absences, and end of career. In addition I provided (pro active) legal advice on certain notes, changes in the law, etc. I was also responsible for managing and drafting legal templates (employment contracts, addenda, correspondence, etc.).
