Serve as a key member of software development team• I tested deployment and operations activities that were exposed in our RCA tool. These activities included deploying resources to AWS, updating those resources, and ultimately destroying them when they were no longer needed. • My QA testing was used to verify that the activities exposed by RCA were working properly. When necessary I used the AWS Management Console to assist with troubleshooting any bugs found in RCA [RCA is a tool that used the various AWS APIs to deploy instances of RPE into AWS, and then also manage those instances. Behind the scenes, RCA heavily utilized the AWS Cloud Formation deployment template system, along with extensive usage of the AWS EC2 and RDS APIs (and minor usage of many of the other AWS APIs).
