Puratos USA- Led the SBU Bakery business developing the strategy and approach by BU (Improvers, Flavors, O-tentic, Bakery Mixes and Specialty Fats) as well as by channel (Industry/Retail Commissaries, Retail ISB/Artisans, QSR/Food Service)- Launched the New Generation of Intens Fresh reaching +$1.5Mio in sales the second year with new customers in the freshness category growing by +12% the Sales of the BU Improvers USA.- Developed the Bakery Improvers Industry Range in collaboration with R&D and Sales in an effort to move away from Tailor-Made solutions only approach to Industrial customers ensuring we cover all key functionalities with standard items- Drove the QSR – Innovation Day flow and process presenting innovative concepts featuring bread carriers with our key technologies to the leading QSR chains in the US (Wendy’s, Sonic, Panera, Taco Bell among other).

Arnold, Brownberry and Oroweat Breads and Eureka Organic Bread

- Quantified cost savings opportunity from converting BBU current white bread formulas to an optimized formula resulting in $1.6MM in savings. - Developed Individually Wrapped Products (IWP) and Donuts Asset Strategy to determine optimal sourcing model to meet future demand.- Developed business cases to determine the +$75Mio opportunity of 25 new concepts constituting the company’s innovation pipeline for 2015-2016 using IRI, Nielsen, Mintel, NDP among other research and database platforms- Contributed in meetings with our parent company, Grupo Bimbo, to find potential products from other subsidiaries to consumer testing for possible launch in the US creating synergies between the different businesses- Led monthly innovation councils with key cross-functional leaders such as marketing, operations, R&D, commercialization, purchasing and sales to ensure the successful execution of the company’s innovation initiatives- Class of February 2015 - Grupo Bimbo's Executive Leadership Development Program at Cocoyoc, Mexico

- Participated in several projects on structuring and legal design of companies, as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions, structuring and negotiation of project financing - Managed a team of 5 junior lawyers to complete different restructuring projects- Consulted international and domestic clients in different industries recommending investment protection plans among other.

- Prepared research studies about legal feasibility of expanding operations to countries integrating the Common Market of the South (MERCOSUR)- Drew legal framework for the International development of BANORTE Commercial Bank in the South America region- Experience abroad in international negotiations with representatives of potential bank partners
