As part of the Research Access and Higher Education team, I supported the management of training activities across INASP's 23 partner countries.Led on project development and implementation of 18 month organisational effectiveness project, working with partners across 4 African countries. Including three rounds of face-to-face training in each country, supplemented by topic specific webinars and coaching and mentoring.

Editorial and Journalism. I wrote articles covering events, news, food, health and client promotions in Singapore. Undertook research and conducted interviews. Provided copy writing.Editing and publication of articles and promotions, both on the website and through social media channels. Formatting layout, images, YouTube videos, and SEO settings.

Account Management: Clients included Virgin Atlantic, Oxford University, Matalan, William Hill and Betfair.Market Research: Maintaining and engaging online consumer panels for client companies. Producing and conducting online surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews. Detailed statistical analysis of results and reports. Appointed Head of Community Management :Leading and directing team meetings. Conducting internal research on innovation & efficiency, wrote research blog posts for the company website. Represented the company on a research assignment to India for Virgin Atlantic.

Teaching and Admin role. Provided English Language training to employees of multi-national companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Scottish Power and Orange. Improved fluency in Spanish, communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
