As a leader at Universal Lending, when we were thinking about a new idea, product, process or event, I was on-board from concept to completion. I love ideas and working to see them come to life. It was exciting to brainstorm, create a plan, implement and optimize ROI. I'm known to roll up my sleeves with new solutions in changing markets. My team, which I grew from 1 person to 5, was responsible for several emerging marketing technologies, corporate and individual employee social media, event planning, employee engagement, recruiting marketing, corporate communications, and day-to-day requests from over 200 team members. • Led the planning, approval, and implementation of a corporate rebrand.• Conceived and drove large- and small-scale events, with audiences ranging from 10 to 1,000. • Mentored and trained loan officers and marketing team members. • Board member Universal Lending Foundation.

Completed a contract with Ingather Research working in operations, facilities, sales and marketing as they opened their second location.Completed several projects including a brochure, business card and several ads for the Weekly Sun in Sun Valley, ID. Developed a comprehensive marketing plan for Tracy Teitelbaum, a certified Acutonics Vibrational therapist and instructor, and a brochure for a spice company.

Completed a contract with Denver Public Schools working with Grant Beacon Middle, Merrill Middle and South High schools on their marketing efforts. Proud to have developed more community support and awareness for these three schools while increasing enrollment and parental involvement. Some major projects this school year included revamping both Merrill and Grant Beacon's websites, acting as a community manager on Grant Beacon's Facebook page and hosting several events which brought hundreds of visitors to the schools. Deeply enjoyed working with the staffs of these schools and the many dedicated parents who volunteer hours of their time and expertise to help make the schools better and stronger places for the communities' children.

• Developed marketing plans and implemented marketing strategies and tactics for over 30 locations across Colorado. • Conceived and executed product launches, employee enrichment programs, team building events and sales retreats resulting in Heritage Title being in the top 3 in market share for 10 years.• Developed award winning trade show booths, multi-media strategies, web sites and internal marketing communications strategies and tactics.• Managed branding through 2 name changes, including; logos, B2B marketing communications, promotional and business materials, signage, websites, and email signatures.• On team that launched a CRM system that streamlined business processes and saved time and and money.• Part of team who developed a state-wide employee volunteer organization.• At the height of the business, managed a department of 3 and the marketing of 5 brands with 50 locations in Colorado, Arizona and Utah.
