In charge of airline experience for Inflight Connectivity (IFC). Looking for our airlines, their passengers, their crews and their operations, in order to analyze and improve usage of Inflight Connectivity. Creating additional value streams and maximizing the revenue based in facts and data analytics. Exploring innovative ways to use IFC and developing strategic improvements for next product generations.

Helping the airlines to introduce Connectivity onboard, create the appropriate Pax Experience. Looking for the operation, management and accounting of the system . Marketing and Strategic guidance for future product definition and services. Building the Connected airplane and Connected user cases to improve operations and efficiency inside the airlines.

In charge of the following functional Areas:- New Aircraft specification & Aircraft modification projects.- E-enabling or connected Aircraft- IFE & Connectivity- Maintenance Research & Digitalization projects.

In 2003, she joined the aeronautical systems engineering department of AIR EUROPA, where she has been working until now, taking care of the Navigation, Surveillance, Communication and IFEC systems. Highlights of her work at Air Europa include the management and implementation of the following key projects:- Configuration and introduction in operation of different type of fleets into Air Europa: B737NG, A330, A340, E195 and B787-Leading the introduction of Wifi and Streaming systems onboard Air Europa airplanes. -Cabin modification projects to reconfigure aircraft cabin with new seats and new IFE systems. -Key member in the Customer Experience internal project, to improve Air Europa Passenger Experience.-Responsible of the Cabin Log Book digitalization project.-Collaboration in the development of an E2E solution for B787 e-Enabling, as well as for AHM systems.-Participation in SESAR projects: IRIS, OPTIMI, ICATS, OPTA, AIRE..etc-Introduction of Wireless technology onboard (WQAR and eADL) for aircraft data parameter transmission.-Introduction of EFB in Air Europa fleet.- Eurocontrol LINK2000 + Program to promote the use of CPDLC communications and ATN . Air Europa became the first company in Spain and one of the first companies in the world implementing and certifying the installation of VDLM2 communications systems on board. -Eurocontrol CASCADE Program, to promote the implementation of ADS-B in a standardized and coordinated way in Europe. In 2006 became the first company in Spain, and one of the first companies worldwide, to obtain ADS-B certification.

After a year in Lisbon, she returned to Palma de Mallorca to join SOL MELIA as an CRM Analyst-Programmer, working with SIEBEL in order to unify and control the information of various business lines.

Working in radio network deployment and optimization of the GSM and UMTS mobile networkfor Spanish and Portugal mobile service providers (TMN, Xfera..etc): Design of the mobile network and implementing the radio stations at Spain and Portugal

Scholarship at Vodafone to carry out the Career final project. Working in the Radio Frequency Planning department, design of Radio Frequency Mobile Communications Networks.
