I am an experienced negotiator with several years in-house, and access to technologists to provide an all around in-depth legal service. I have extensive experience creating data model for contractual relationship, as well as applying IP protection at the data-level. I also work with several critical infrastructure and provide coaching to CISO and other C-level to help them understand how to protect their personal liability and better interact with boards of directors.
