This is a role working with two clusters ( 8 schools) on a peer review model, The consultant must always ensure that there is appropriate rigour to all aspects of the partnerships' work, being responsive and supportive. The consultant is accountable to the headteachers and must ensure that the work is focused and well-paced enabling a continued focus on clarity of outcomes and a clear sense of direction. The consultant is 'hands on' during all reviews. She should also take responsibility for steering the work and practice of the partnerships in line with national expectations and effective peer review practice.
