• Coordinate/process account maintenance (Mercury, GMI, TORO) entitlements and set ups for new, internal, and existing clients while ensuring correct information is processed daily• Attention oriented while translating verbatim weekly team meeting take-aways into minutes and supporting team members out of the office• Assist with creating Alias for Institutional client’s names, allowing CSR team members to assign and support a client more efficiently• Manage, review, and analyze client data, decommissioning reports from inactive Mercury users, saving company time and resources allowing system organization
