I piloted complex projects across Canada, in collaboration with the international marketing directors. My mission was to optimize two leading brands’ $73 million portfolio’s profitability and to increase their visibility on a highly competitive market. An important part of this position required a reinforced accompaniment of the teams towards new entrepreneurial-inspired methods on diversified job profiles.

On this position creation, I implemented L’Oréal Canada’s procurement policy on a corporate level, in the web, digital, public relations, market research and media categories. The mandate was to encourage internal clients to adopt new methods and processes, in alignment with the marketing and digital upper management’s strategy. My role mainly consisted in providing pedagogical support and training to the marketing teams of the group’s 32 brands. I also successfully conducted calls for tenders and strategic partnerships negotiations for large-scale budgets all across Canada.

French leader in the children’s fashion industry.In a context of strong competition and the buy-out of the company, I structured the purchasing department and relocated the entirety of the supply chain to Asia, to reduce costs and increase efficiency. The company was facing high stakes with serious organizational impacts. I supported and assisted the teams towards the integration and implementation of a new marketing strategy.

The Casino Guichard Group is a mass distribution leader in France that places innovation at the heart of its development strategy to better serve customers.I joined EMC Distribution, the group’s purchasing organization, and was in charge of 14 people and a €132 million budget. I supported and implemented the “management by category” strategy, meant to optimize our customer offer. Alongside the teams, I piloted the activity to improve financial statements, created a new brand, implemented a loyalty program and worked closely with international partners in regard to product supply.
