SMS Assist manages national contracts for facilities maintenance including but not limited to floor care, snow and ice maintenance, landscaping and pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other facilities maintenance needs.○ Creates Master Service Agreements and Scopes of Work for new subcontractors, negotiates contract terms for new and existing affiliated subcontractors, and acts as a liaison between subcontractors, insurance carriers, project managers and compliance team.○ Communicates with new subcontractors to ensure that all contract documents and insurance policies are compliant prior to beginning work.○ Verifies that all actively working subcontractors in Recurring Services division maintain current insurance policies that meet company standards, and ensure that all policies include appropriate additional insured terms, per contract.○ Provide weekly analytics to Compliance Director, in an effort to maintain a high rate for division, and determine potential challenges for each customer account as it related to subcontractor compliance and ability to service.○ Maintain 3 linked databases with customer and subcontractor information, and ensure that all data remains current as related to compliance, so that all persons involved with each account can effectively communicate.
