As contact centres training manager I managed eight L&D staff across two cities – Auckland and Wellington, three contact centre sites, and three banking brands – The National Bank, ANZ New Zealand, and ANZ Australia. In brief, my role was to develop and enable facilitators, and an instructional designer, to meet contact centre training requirements; allocate and schedule resources for training. A key delivery area of this role was leadership. Performance Management of staff including coaching, one-on-ones, annual performance reviews and performance improvement planning. I also managed staff through bank wide Learning and Development structural changes.
