Operate and oversee the operations of Boutique Hotel.Ensure full compliance of the operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards.Lead all key property issues including projects, customer service and refurbishment.Manage on-going profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met. Prepare and strategize hotel rates, menu costs and create opportunities for additional revenue.Maintain brand standards with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations.Lead in all aspects of business planning.Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.Develop improvement actions, carry out costs savings.Design, implement, update and coordinate all website, social media accounts on a daily basis.Create promotional Ad Campaigns focused on increasing revenue.Overseeing the check-in and check-out process of guests ensuring guests satisfaction.Coordinate on a daily basis schedule of maintenance, staff, and arriving guests.Recruit, train and manage staff.
