My biggest successes in these two roles included delivering multiple large-scale company initiatives, which drove overall revenue efficiency, enhanced customer service, and strengthened communication between teams. I originally expanded my analytical skills and business acumen by overseeing the development, testing, and strategy of web merchandising initiatives at terrain and guiding their eCommerce business strategies heavily on data.
