Responsibilities cover:- Marketplace• Planned promotions and working hand in hand with Inventory team, visuals, digital and marketing team ensuring all communications are well communicated.• Liaise with PICs from Shopee, Lazada, ZALORA ensuring participation in monthly campaigns, leveraging on each marketplaces’ tools for smooth communication of promotions.• Provided monthly reports for each campaign and promotions’ performance and contributed to suggestions for upcoming campaigns.- CRM • Assist in crafting, planning and scheduling email, SMS and push notification contents for each campaign.• Audience segmentation, as well as customer engagement and re-engagement through various email programs, targetted SMS, push notification via third party sites (Genusis, Cuxtomlab, Insider)• Assist in reporting in the planning and execution of all email programs and campaigns• Assist in customer loyalty program on promotions, services• Day to day response on customer service platform, Zendesk in regards to membership enquiries.• Liaise with Digital Marketing and visual team in building a comprehensiveness digital media strategy to support all content.

Responsibilities cover:- Online orders [ coordinating & ensure that daily orders processing KPIs are met, analysing any errors involved and finalising sales with finance team; coordinating with the warehouse team ensuring stocks, materials, etc are sufficient to meet orders’ KPIs & SOPs]- Marketing related [assisting finance team in cost calculation for items involved]- Customer service [attend to customers’ enquiries in relation to general service, online orders, marketing related, I ensuring all SOPs and KPIs are met]-Retail [develop monthly reports on retail sales, including commission for retail staffs for the finance team][Was then tasked to The Body Shop digital team]
