Part-Time Receptionist
Current- Professionally greet and communicate with all visitors to the office- Serve as a point of contact for various customer inquires and concerns on the new home priority line- Effectively handle over 60+ inbound and outbound calls per day with a 95% success rate- Provide general administrative support for all clients and employees including preparation of amendments, offers, and waivers. - Booking and confirming 10+ appointments per day on Quick Office- Daily use of MLS to edit and broker load new listings, as well as access MLS web forms.- Provide hostessing assistance at various new home launches around the GTA. Duties include: greeting and registration, model home tours, and assisting the sales team in order to complete the home sale process effectively and efficiently- Delivered training to 2 new hires as delegated by management.
