I'm a Southern Californian native that's been fortunate enough to have lived and worked abroad for almost a decade! I like to call myself a Jill of all trades. I’m a consultant, entrepreneur, event professional and community builder. My most recent home was Shanghai, China for 8 1/2 years where I was fortunate enough to run over 300+ events both locally and globally, built multiple brands, helped launch a fitness application, a fashion line, helped produce 2 reality TV shows and started 3 businesses of my own.My areas of expertise include event planning and execution, business development, project management, strategic partnership building, sponsorship sales, branding, online and offline marketing strategies, cross-cultural talent development and mentoring talent. 2017, was when I decided to take my future into my own hands and start my own businesses. Since then I have started 3 companies: Where the Great go - a retreat business for female entrepreneurs; Serenity Travel Services - a boutique travel agency and consulting company helping companies entering the Asian market. Due to the pandemic, I returned to the US in March of 2020. During those difficult times, I joined a startup e-commerce company which also had various real estate projects I managed. Ultimately, I decided that I wanted to get back to the industry which I love, events! In October 2020, I launched a new events company called, Finerr Events and Marketing - and it's been going great ever since!When I'm not working on one of my businesses or one of my clients', I can be found exploring the world, riding my Peloton Bike, listening and learning from other entrepreneurs, diving deeper into my craft or meeting new people and building my networks. I hold a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and speak intermediate Mandarin and Spanish. I’m a lover of Keynote, Canva, and Instagram. Motivating people around a common goal makes me motivated to do my best everyday. While with the CCS Group, my role was to manage the operations of the entire group, which included the CCS Supply Store, CCS Executive Suites. For the CCS Supply Store, I was in charge of managing the marketing and operations of the business unit. We built an e-commerce site from the ground-up and consistently improved the UX/UI of the site, increased website traffic, sales and brought on new manufactures and products. I was also in charge of managing the team and making sure that all projects were accomplished in a timely manner. Alongside the growth the Supply Store side of the business, I managed the operations, marketing and management of the Executive Suites business. During my time with the company, we grew the from our initial location in Temecula, to a second location in Murrieta, to then a third location in Temecula that was set to open in November 2020.
