I’m a Creatalyst. During some very challenging times, when I was trying to find out who I was, what my purpose in life was, where to go next and, basically, how to enjoy life and happiness, I’ve found “my spot” going back in the days and respecting who I’ve always been. If the creative side is key for expressing emotions and inspiring in anyway, the analytic side helps to cope with them and use them to lead forward.This is what enables me to help people and businesses. A Creatalyst is the answer for mediating rational and emotional conflicts, to find the best balance between rational and emotional for business results, finding and going through change or innovation processes. A Creatalyst is a data translator, and a community member - so, I only get along with community-driven companies.I’m currently working with Olisipo on the implementation of a new brand purpose and value in outsourcing and training markets in Portugal, but you may also find me taking the lead on some consultancy projects, sharing leadership and culture organization experiences with young students, writing some random thoughts on medium (@vanessagnunes), having fun creating videos and photos for my Instagram account or dancing myself out on social dancefloors.
