Main Responsibilities:• Responsible for Corporate Sales for The Glasshouse Hotel• Relationship building with bookers and travel agencies.• Contribute to the hotel business strategy, setting goals, then determining an action plan to meet those goals.• Report on action plans and financial objectives monthly / quarterly / yearly• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.• Representing the hotel at various events and exhibitions.• Implementing all sales plans related to my market areas as outlined in the hotel Sales & Marketing plan.• Conducts daily / weekly sales calls & organise site inspection to hotel by corporate clients / bookers.• Responding quickly / timely to sales enquiries, this in turn assists to develop a professional long-term business relationship.• Providing the highest quality of service to the clients at all times. • Developing a strong working relationship with front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
