• Preparation, filing, and monitoring of pending employment-based immigration petitions and applications with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, Department of Labor, and Department of State.• E-1/2/3, F-1, H-1B, J-1, K-1, L-1, O-1, TN petitions, Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Consular Processing, I-140, I-130, I-485 applications, and PERM.• Gathering information from clients, preparing forms, organizing documents, and drafting support letters.• Answering procedural and status questions from foreign national employees, managers, recruiters, and human resources contacts.• Preparing extensions, amendment petitions, labor certification applications along with family-based petitions, naturalization and visa applications, changes of address, withdrawals, etc. as well as submitting applications to the USCIS, DOL, and other government agencies. • Execute the entire application process, including setting up files (both electronic and physical) and labels, drafting and filing, and responding to RFEs.
