Talent Experience Coordinator
Current- Responsible for all onboarding steps post-offer accepted.
- Facilitate new hire processing including completing the necessary paperwork, background investigation, pre-employment physical, and orientation scheduling.
- Troubleshoot with the Talent Acquisition Consultant any onboarding issues.
- Manage and track individual new hire activity through the internal Applicant Tracking System onboarding manager portal.
- Responsible for the coordination of Connections.
- As directed by the Talent Acquisition Consultants pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews.
