Well documentation of testing details and results with good understanding of GLP. I become an all-rounder within the department within a short period of time and continuously develop myself within the department. My other roles include instrument calibration and maintenance, as well as plant water testing, and cleaning validation. I am also responsible for QC batch release review, SOP and test methods update. Using quality risk assessment and safety risk assessment to identify the needs and urgency for the change. As a standard and control sample coordinator, I also managed the related inventory, distribution, storage and characterization analysis. I am also experienced in deviation investigations using Method 1 to determine root cause; Document deviation events and effective CAPA in traceable reports. Execute and implement actions to reduce human errors to prevent repeated incidents. Deviations include OOS, OOL, Out of trend, and calibration deviation. My contribution in multiple green belt projects and laboratory 5S and standard work plan projects helped to identify the cause of the problem, helped to reduce laboratory operation waste, improve efficiency and output.
