Gardner Consulting offers training, workshops and coaching to program staff with up to 12 months of support. I teach the homeownership workshop and consult with their homeownership programs.

Trained to teach the 5-hour certificate class on the home buying process. This class certifies participants who qualify for down payment assistance and/or special financing. Class is required for most dpa's, including but not limited to House Key programs.
