As a passionate and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) at Eagle Ambulance, I provide high-quality pre-hospital care to patients health risk situations and inter-facility transfers. I collaborate with a team of paramedics, nurses, and physicians to assess, stabilize, transport, and monitor patients, using various equipment and techniques, such as CPR, AED, oxygen therapy, bandaging, splinting, and EKG’s. I have obtained higher levels of certifications such as ACLS, NRP, and PALS also communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospital staff, and family members, and document the patient's condition, treatment, and vital signs.In addition to my EMT role, I am pursuing a degree in Nursing where I am learning advanced skills and knowledge to enhance my career as an EMT and future nurse. I have completed courses in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and cardiology, and I have obtained multiple certifications related to emergency medical services. My goal is to graduate as nurse who can be able to serve the community as a compassionate and competent nurse.
