CurrentProgram ManagementOversee the efficient operation of PRN’s Warmline, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering compassionate support to callers experiencing emotional distress, crisis situations, or seeking connections to resources.Staff LeadershipCoordinate weekly scheduling, manage time and attendance, and provide leadership for the Warmline team. Develop professional growth pathways and training programs in collaboration with PRN’s Organization Development and Learning team to foster staff development and engagement.Service Monitoring & Quality AssuranceAnalyze data, trends, and metrics to evaluate program capacity and service quality. Partner with PRN’s Quality Management team to collect insights and generate actionable reports that drive continuous improvement.Resource ManagementOversee the Warmline budget, optimizing resource allocation to ensure peak performance while adhering to program objectives and funding guidelines.Collaboration & Community OutreachWork closely with the Regional Director and Shift Supervisors to standardize policies and procedures, enhancing program consistency and effectiveness. Represent PRN’s Warmline on a national level, building community partnerships and increasing awareness of this vital service.
