Lead a team by making the customer experience and sales the focus. The role requires the training, motivation and coaching of the team and co-workers to ensure that product presentation, store windows, campaign implementation, trends and advertising remains the focus.

To create an enticing in store experience which engages consumers and excels the brand through innovative creative elements. These elements consist of seasonal in store concept development including point of sale for window and in store as well as brand development including prop sourcing and implementation. Working in collaboration with the VM Manager and the Marketing team to produce current and cohesive campaigns which drive the business that are cost effective, on trend and on brand.

Assist the VM Manager in the preparation of the visual directive and help the development of new presentation and display techniques to reflect the style of each season and maximize sale opportunities.
