At my present company, I work closely with other associates to create clear, accurate glimpses into their financial lives. Whether clients come to us with their personal or business data, we use combined expertise to process individual or corporate tax returns, monthly and quarterly financial statements, and provide general guidance. My day to day includes bank account reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, coding, ongoing client correspondence, and tax preparation. I am currently studying to earn my EA certification with the IRS allowing me to execute individual tax returns, corporate tax returns, and tax representation at an expert level.

While at Allcat, I was a part of the USAA Catastrophe Claims Team. Put through an intensive training and licensing course, I gained my All Lines Adjusting License in numerous states across the US, and learned quickly how to navigate a variety of software programs designed to securely assist members of USAA. The veterans and their families were held in high regard and we communicated with them to review their P&C claim, the property damage estimate, disputes, authorized EFT payments, and provided answers to questions.

With this law office, I was in charge of the client intake, day to day operations, drafting correspondence, filing, and some personal errand work for my superiors. Here, I learned how attorneys prepare for trial, how to research, and manage their busy schedules.
