ASPIRA currently sponsors leadership development and college access programs in addition to administering more than 20 programs in NYC public schools, serving nearly 6000 students, the majority of which come from low-to-moderate income households. I am responsible for the overall management and operation of the leadership development and college access program. I lead all relevant program operations, budget management, partner engagement, and programmatic evaluation.

National President of a Latina-oriented sorority committed to the advancement of women of color within academic and social affairs and a focus on philanthropic endeavors that address the awareness against violence against women.

Coordinate and manage national programming for the organization preserving the image of OPBSI internally and externally and ensuring our Philanthropy was always at the forefront. Other duties such as supervising the Director of Community Service and Director of Public Relations and supporting local chapters throughout the nation were also vital to the role.

· Serving as an advocate for participants, initiated and co-developed redesign of a sustainable leadership program matrix and curriculum, formerly administered by the National Affiliate, for the local New York office participants.· Planned, monitored, and directed all aspects of the 9th Annual City Youth Conference, which served over 500 students from the tri-state area, compared with 350 the previous year, also resulting in the establishment of new relationships with community officials and other nonprofit organizations for the agency.· Chosen to plan and implement first annual college fair during the annual youth leadership conference and provided inner-city youth with access to over 50 colleges and universities nationwide. Devised and streamlined a replicable system of maintaining strategic alliances with colleges for the entire New York office.
