I've been fortunate to work under successful brokerages such as Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty, Weichert Realtors and Prudential. Now I serve as Broker of Record in the small independent brokerage I co-own - Queenston Realty, LLC. My previous experiences as an office manager and Director of Relocation has provided a vast understanding of operating a real estate office. Those experiences gave me the confidence to take advantage of the great opportunity to own my own brokerage. Prior to entering the real estate industry, I was a registered nurse. I’ve learned that the same qualities that allow one to be a successful nurse also make a superior realtor - expert knowledge, training, and decision-making paired with the ability to offer options and advice in a calm and compassionate manner. These exact attributes are required when helping individuals through the complex process of selling or buying a home or coaching your agents to success. I’m still actively selling real estate and continue to strive to be an advocate for my clients, and I am with them every step during the length of the sales or buying process. I spend the time necessary to develop a detailed understanding of my client’s specific needs.
