Prepping and representing clients for USCIS and U-Visa consular interviews. Managing an independent caseload of 400+ cases. Aiding and conducting client intake consultations both in person and via email specifically for U-Visa, advanced parole, and VAWA eligibility. Supervising three departments (CP, AOS, U-Visa/DACA) which comprises of one senior attorney, three team leads, two legal assistants, three virtual legal assistants, and four administrative assistants.
