- Coordinate Assets: online material, translation requests, in-store advertising, retail print advertising, in-store print material, palette designs, etc.- Assist Sales Team and Key Accounts with marketing, onboarding and creative assets.- Execute the planning of event and trade shows (Expo West, NACDS TSE).- Supply retailers with required documentation for training & product descriptions.- Manage product listings across all products, and update any compliance changes.- Submit creative briefs and manage deliverables.

- Conduct market research to identify potential partners/ brand ambassadors, and conduct initial outreach. - Maintain a professional relationship between brand and influencers, affiliates, brand ambassadors. - Ensure all partnership activities are consistent with the company’s brand values and messaging.- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, using KPIs to assess their impact and effectiveness. - Work closely with internal teams (creative department) to align partnerships, and fulfill content requests as needed from creative department.- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations, including contractual terms, deliverables, and timelines.

- Perform proactive outreach to media outlets and journalists throughout Canada; pitching stories, and securing coverage for clients.- Write and edit a variety of documents, including national news releases, press materials, and client communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between spokespersons and media.- Create, curate, and publish engaging content on social media platforms.- Research, update, and maintain media lists to ensure up-to-date contact info for outreach efforts.

- Provide exceptional customer service to US clients, addressing order changes, shipping inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.- Conduct research to identify relevant industry influencers for potential partnership opportunities.- Create invoices for wholesale clients (local and Canada-wide grocery stores).- Perform tally and calculation of weekly orders to support sales and inventory management.- Maintain accurate data entry for inventory management, ensuring up-to-date records.

- Provide customer service, handle complaints, and offer solutions.- Responsible for catering orders for large events off-site (ie. Osheaga food truck).- Prepare food and beverages on-site, cashier.
