Hi, I’m Vanessa Tovar, a seasoned leader in Customer Success currently heading the department at DocJuris, a dynamic legal tech firm in Houston, Texas. At DocJuris, we empower contract reviewers with advanced SaaS and AI solutions to make contract review and negotiations faster, smarter, and more efficient. My role involves enhancing processes in client onboarding and training, overseeing enterprise implementations, and building out a proactive Customer Success team that drives meaningful outcomes for our clients.Before joining DocJuris, I honed my expertise in contract management and client advocacy as an IT Buyer at LyondellBasell. There, I managed IT contracts and payables, negotiated critical commercial terms, and developed strategic relationships with suppliers. I was passionate about aligning procurement with the unique needs of internal clients, strategically sourcing hardware, software, and IT services to maximize value.I hold a BBA in Supply Chain Management with a Data Analytics focus from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business and completed paralegal studies through The Center for Legal Studies at UHCL.
