- Single point of coordination for all phases of International relocation activities within LATAM, administering and policing client policy, assisting assignee and family and reporting to client;- Coordination and delivery of services, managing vendors in compliance with client’s policy;- Counseling and advising employees to the best utilization of program benefits;- Payment of allowances and reimbursements;- Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee excellence in the relocation;- Responsible to guarantee data integrity for customers and clients;- Updating internal and client’s systems;- Creation and implementation of standardized processes and templates.

- Acting as single point of coordination for international assignments (inbounds and outbounds) for Americas;- Connection to suppliers to guarantee excellent service delivery;- Focal point for Sergipe Project (construction of a Thermoelectric station in Aracaju with more than 30 assignees under my responsability). This was a pilot project with no relocation suppliers involved, all parts of the assignment (finding a property, negotiating lease contract, bank account opening, local benefits, departure assistance, and more) being handled by me;- Processing inbound and outbound payslips;- Preparation of quarterly communication for the region with metrics, projects and news;- Engaging internal process to enhance Global Mobility tools;- Preparation of Standard Work processes;- Preparation of monthly reports;- Input of information in internal systems;- Focal point of contact for Businesses’ HRs to instruct termination process for local hires withinLATAM;- Partnering with other HR areas to enhance delivery;- Counseling employees and Businesses regarding moving policies.
