Nine-year veteran in cloud computing with as-a-service products. I thrive while leading the forefront of consumption and customer delight, especially with digital products. My multidisciplinary teams make customers successful: onboarding, trial, ongoing engagement, and expansion. I'm obsessive about finding the right audience, communicating the value of cloud to that audience, and converting them to successful advocate-customers. With years of international experience including working abroad, I lead teams across worldwide locations.To that end, I build user journeys, competitive assessments, forecasts, and market data assessments. Also I advocate for and lead design excellence -- how users experience products in every step of their journey.​ The design work includes user flows, personas, prototypes, and taxonomies. Moreover, I derive analytics and business insight for usage across the portfolio. Previously as a Senior Design Strategist, I drove product introduction via digital experiences in user interfaces, web-based content, events, and other self-service content. The digital experiences span across clients, partners, advocates, sales, and even internal adopters. In my prior IBM projects, I brought experiences and content on-board for multiple acquisitions including Ascential, Tivoli, Initiate, and Candle. More recent acquisitions include NS1, SevOne, and Pliant. I've designed and taught multiple courses, for my employers and at conferences.
