At the end of each month, I would be responsible for writing reports on the outcomes of the monthly dinners and the outreach that was conducted. In this project I:• Developed a systematic method for how supplies would be organized and reordered• Wrote a department report describing the reason for the project, before/after conditions of the cabinet, interventions used, and benefits from completing the cabinet projectMy last project involved enhancing the Regulatory Compliance Department's Onboarding process by adding missing components to their onboarding process documents. Division Of Surgical Oncology

In the Division of Surgical Oncology I primarily scheduled cases for surgeons who specialize in breast, thyroid, and skin cancer. I was responsible for directing calls from patients, nurses, providers, and insurance companies to appropriate staff. Additional tasks included filling out disability forms, writing medical leave letters for patients, and submitting expense reports to reimburse surgeons.

At Life Care Center of Merrimack Valley, I assisted the residents by providing personal hygiene such as showers, toileting, and catheter care. I aided the residents' activities of daily living by serving meals and feeding them. I responded to the residents' needs by answering call lights and reported any concerning observations to the nurse.

Maxwell & Eleanor Blum Patient And Family Learning Center

During my internship here I organized a large and small scale information table on mental health and heart healthy eating. I've also collaborated with staff from other departments to develop educational health programs. Additionally, I conducted health information searches requested by patients, staff, and visitors

My peers and I researched how other communities in Massachusetts have been successful with their healthy corner store initiatives to see how we can improve the project in Lowell. At Fisher Agencies, I recruited potential candidates for a Benefits Specialist position through phone interviews and invited them to come in for a first interview with the hiring manager. At the end of each day I would report how many candidates I scheduled.

As a CNA I promoted ambulation with transferring devices, assisted participants with feeding, dressing and toileting. In addition, I recorded proper documentation of patient information.

At Rivier University I had the opportunity to plan and coordinate professional development events. I promoted advertising campaigns to ensure successful programs.

As a Peer mentor I collaborated with a professor to ensure students transitioned smoothly into their first semester at Middlesex Community College(MCC).
