I have enjoyed influencing change by being mission/vision/values focused, using strategic thinking to problem solve, and building trust with key stakeholders. I have had the opportunity to foster culture shifts, deepen and broaden community impact, and cultivate an environment where staff feel empowered/valued. With over 17 years of professional experience, I bring a background that includes executive leadership, organizational development/oversight, coaching, workforce development, and program management. Outside of my work with non-profit organizations, I have worked in various sectors providing me with a diverse skill set. Due to my personal lived experience in the foster care and mental health systems, I can relate to the communities that I serve. I am deeply invested in being a model to others that overcoming obstacles is possible. I lean on my faith, counseling/mentoring, and my support system to continue my own wellness journey.
