As Founder/Owner of BC Engineered Products, I set strategic objectives and oversee key supplier relationships while working closely with our engineering team to disrupt the market by breaking out single-source parts and solving obsolescence challenges with speed and agility. Our team has engineered and qualified hundreds of parts for the Department of Defense (Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marines) through Source Approval Requests (SAR packages), reducing cost and lead time for our clients.. In addition our team has experience qualify parts for Heavy Duty Truck Industry as well as qualify parts for the FAA through PMA's.In addition to our success in reverse engineering, we have also developed new products for OEM's such as Lockheed Martin. Our ability to break out single-source parts has allowed us to significantly reduce costs and lead times for our customers. We have also successfully completed critical MICAP projects for the Air Force, delivering solutions with unmatched speed and efficiency.Our top 25 projects have saved our customers over $80M, and we continue to push boundaries in our industry.

As a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, I advise the Dean on matters related to the college's growth and development. For over 14 years, I have contributed to selecting new board members, establishing professional partnerships with the private sector, enhancing Lerner's academic reputation, and working to increase the college's revenues.In my role on the board, I have also been involved in expanding the college's offerings, including the addition of an Online MBA program, the establishment of a Center for Economic Education & Entrepreneurship, the creation of a career services department, an increase in the number of Master of Science programs, and the development of an entrepreneurship minor.I take great pride in my contributions to the success of the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics, and I am committed to continuing to support the college in its pursuit of excellence.

During the startup year of Brighton Cromwell, I held the position of Director of Sales/Partner/Founder. Despite setbacks such as the passing of President Bill Van Etten and Vice President John Van Etten, my team and I persevered in building the foundation for a successful business. My responsibilities included developing and executing sales strategies, building partnerships with clients and vendors, and contributing to overall business strategy.
