From September 2009 to February 2010 worked as a technical support engineer (outsorced employee) in IT Helpdesk dept. for FSUE "Russian Post". Main responsibilities:- Technical support for users (through working with requests which users created in Service Desk system). ~500 users in total;- Compliance with the SLA of the request in accordance with its severity;- Organization of the workplaces for new employees of the enterprise;- Advising users on the issues of incorrect operation of software and computer equipment.From February 2010 to December 2012 worked in the company's head office as an engineer of the authorized service center (Lenovo, IBM, HP). Duties:- Execution of testing, diagnostics and repair of incoming equipment;- Communication with customers;- Working with documentation (preparation of spare parts for dispatch, ordering a new spare parts for replacement, issuing of technical acts and conclusions, etc.)- Execution of incoming requests (servicedesk) from the company's customers (OS installation, software setup, equipment repair, etc.)

Part-time work. Technical support (workplaces, LAN, printers) for a small office of the company (~30 users).

Technical support (helpdesk) of ~30 shops (MEXX, CK, TOPSHOP, PINKO) of the company (~600 users in total), and also:- Monitoring of POS (point of sale) extraction;- Onsite visiting the shops for solving different problems (repair / replacement / adjustment of equipment, setting / reinstalling software, etc.);- LAN maintenance;- Partial configuration and administration of POS terminals based on the UKM2 / UKM4 server software.
