Assist in scheduling and confirming patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals. Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms Verify patient's eligibility and benefits with Insurance Companies. Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction and to generate sales leads. Provide product/services information about Novomed Centers. Take the extra mile to engage customers to turn their inquiry into sales. Resolve any problems that arise in a timely manner, and act as a mediator for the care and treatments that are being provided by Novomed Centers to the patient.Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ensure that patients received the necessary referrals and were reminded of future appointments. Ensure that the environment was kept clean to increase customers' comfort. Ensure that every patient was welcomed into the facility with courtesy. Entrust with and maintain strict confidentiality with security and other sensitive matters. Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by the line manager.

Medical Insurance Biller• Enter and edit the necessary information in Wisdom based on the insurance papers. Check the correctness of prices reflected in Wisdom against the insurance companies’ agreed tariff.• Encoding medical claims per invoice in EclaimLink-DHA Portal.• Do allocation of payments whenever there is from insurance companies. • Monitoring payment details from DHPO against the actual payment received and maintaining record for all paid and rejected invoices.• Assist in the reconciliation of payments from insurance companies. • Prepare the invoice statements for delivery to other insurance companies (manual claims).Front Desk• Answer multi‐line phone calls and either direct the caller to the appropriate staff member or handle the caller’s need. • Greet patients and visitors upon arrival, determine their needs and direct them to the proper area of the facility.• Schedule patient appointment thru phones and emails.• Register new patients and update necessary records.• In charge of insurance approvals and follow-ups.• Process bills, invoices, and patient payments.• Explain to the patient preparation required base of the procedure advised and insurance documents required.• In charge of patient confirmation for the appointment on the following day and secure all their approvals.• Handling cash sales and report to accountant on daily basis.
