Answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. Helping to unlock the mysteries of the tax code for individuals and businesses, primarily through the phone. Listening to taxpayer’s questions and understanding their situation, and then examining current tax regulations to provide answers. Protecting sensitive, personal and financial information. Using good judgment to resolve complex situations such as taxpayer’s disputes about money owed to the IRS. Advises taxpayers of the enforcement actions that may be taken if they fail to meet commitments to file return and/or pay tax liabilities, and encourages voluntary compliance with tax laws.

Handle customer service inquiries from members, providers, physicians and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. Work to research and resolve problems in a timely manner. Assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program.

Providing services in patient residence. Performing domestic household tasks. Transporting and accompanying patients to doctors office/hospital. Administering prescribed medication. Assisting with patient personal care activities. Assist with mobility and physical therapies/exercises. Providing basic emotional support.

Assist with daily routine two elderly clients with cancer living in the same home. Preparing food, arranging schedules, shopping, cooking/cleaning. Transporting to and from doctors appointments, test and treatments. Assisting with bed/bathroom transfer. Offering emotional support.
